Our client is looking for an experienced SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant for a HYBRID contract opportunity in the Toronto area. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in SAP VIM,

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation and optimization of SAP VIM solutions.
• Oversee and manage OCR/invoice capture and validation processes.
• Administer VIM inbound processing and workflow management.
• Design and support VIM reporting and analytics.
• Manage VIM WorkPlace tool, archiving, and integration with S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless VIM performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience with SAP VIM implementations.
• Proven expertise with:
• OCR and invoice capture/validation
• VIM inbound administration and workflow management
• VIM analytics and reporting
• S/4HANA integration
• VIM WorkPlace tool
• Archiving processes
• VIM certification is required.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
