Our client s seeking a highly experienced SAP QA - Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing efforts for the SAP Time and Attendance implementation project. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules and proven experience managing complex enterprise testing cycles across multiple methodologies.

Skills and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager role.
• Strong experience with SAP Time and Attendance
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP Payroll, and integration with third-party systems. Experience with test management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Certifications:

• CBAP or equivalent is an asset
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline
• QA certifications/ITIL is an asset
