New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is search for a Freshservice Consultant to ensuring the successful deployment of a Freshservice platform, aligning the tool's capabilities with business needs, and setting up efficient, scalable service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and customization of Freshservice modules, workflows, and automations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Set up service catalogs, incident management, change management, asset management, and other ITSM modules.
• Configure integrations with other tools or systems as required (e.g., email, Active Directory, third-party apps).
• Optimize user experience by customizing forms, fields, templates, notifications, and portals.
• Provide technical expertise during the implementation and rollout phase.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to support adoption.
• Work closely with IT leadership and project managers to ensure successful delivery within the project timeline.

Required Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience working with Freshservice - including configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and workflows (ITIL foundation preferred).
• Experience setting up automations, SLAs, service catalogs, and asset management within Freshservice.
• Familiarity with Freshservice APIs, integrations, and reporting dashboards is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Freshworks product certifications, ITIL) are an asset.
