New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is search for a Freshservice Consultant to ensuring the successful deployment of a Freshservice platform, aligning the tool's capabilities with business needs, and setting up efficient, scalable service management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and customization of Freshservice modules, workflows, and automations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
- Set up service catalogs, incident management, change management, asset management, and other ITSM modules.
- Configure integrations with other tools or systems as required (e.g., email, Active Directory, third-party apps).
- Optimize user experience by customizing forms, fields, templates, notifications, and portals.
- Provide technical expertise during the implementation and rollout phase.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to support adoption.
- Work closely with IT leadership and project managers to ensure successful delivery within the project timeline.
Required Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience working with Freshservice - including configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of ITSM principles and workflows (ITIL foundation preferred).
- Experience setting up automations, SLAs, service catalogs, and asset management within Freshservice.
- Familiarity with Freshservice APIs, integrations, and reporting dashboards is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Freshworks product certifications, ITIL) are an asset.
