Vista Plastic Solutions Inc. manufactures OEM plastic parts using rotational molding and thermo/vacuum forming. We work with various industries including agriculture, industrial, construction, and military. Our solutions range from design and prototyping to full assembly and QA. We're ISO 9001 certified and follow lean manufacturing practices.

Job Summary:

We're hiring an Account Manager to maintain key existing accounts and develop new business within them. This position is based in Winnipeg or the surrounding area, with the option to work from a home office or at the plant. Preference is given to candidates located in southern Manitoba who will work on-site at the Winkler, MB facility. The position will also include weekly meetings at the plant. We will require some travel, potentially 1-2 weeks per month, will vary. This will include domestic and international. Account Managers report to the VP of Sales & Marketing and collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a customer portfolio
  • Follow ISO and lean processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Provide solutions through proactive, consultative selling
  • Handle pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in manufacturing or OEM sectors
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
  • Willingness to travel and manage territory independently
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity about plastic manufacturing
  • Needs to be proficient in Microsoft office and computer skills
  • Valid drivers license
  • Valid Canadian Passport

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Degree or diploma in Business/Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Experience in plastics/OEM/industrial distribution
  • Familiarity with territory management

Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary: $60,000-$80,000 + bonuses + profit sharing- TBD
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, Life insurance, LTD, wellness program
