About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Retail Cannabis Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a licensed cannabis retail store. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, customer-focused organization at the forefront of Canada's legal cannabis market.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, sales, staff scheduling, and performance management.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of budtenders to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure full compliance with all provincial and federal cannabis regulations.
• Oversee inventory audits, ordering, and receiving in accordance with AGCO/ provincial guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to drive performance and profitability.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, inclusivity, and education within the team.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE Minimum 2 years of experience in Cannabis retail management
• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, accessories, and regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be 19+ and have a valid CannSell certification.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
