We're looking for a proactive, results-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team and help source top-tier talent for a wide range of industries, from logistics and manufacturing to general labor and skilled trades. What You'll Do

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in roles such as forklift operators, machine operators, and general labor positions.
  • Candidate Experience: Build and manage strong candidate pipelines. Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Job Marketing: Craft compelling job ads and distribute them across leading job boards, social media platforms, and internal networks.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide successful candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with employment standards and company policies.
  • Data & Reporting: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, job placements, and recruitment activities using internal systems.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor hiring trends, labor market shifts, and emerging sourcing techniques to continuously refine recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in HR, recruitment, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing agency or similar environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); multilingual candidates are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Proficient with MS Office tools; experience using ATS or recruitment software is a plus
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance (an asset, not required)
