Your new company:
Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a private equity firm located in Toronto, ON. We are looking to hire a Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis of 3 months, which has the possibility of extension/ permanent. This candidate will be working from their Toronto Office (Yonge/Bloor) on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations (primarily deliveries; limited foot traffic)
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms
- Support HR with scheduling meetings
- Collaborate with Marketing on internal and external event planning
- Potentially support an executive with:
- Expense reporting
- Travel booking
- Perform data entry tasks in Salesforce (a plus)
- Draft internal and external communications using Microsoft Word
- Manage calendars and correspondence using Microsoft Outlook
- Enter and manage data in Excel (beginner to intermediate level)
