Your new company:

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a private equity firm located in Toronto, ON. We are looking to hire a Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis of 3 months, which has the possibility of extension/ permanent. This candidate will be working from their Toronto Office (Yonge/Bloor) on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations (primarily deliveries; limited foot traffic)
  • Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms
  • Support HR with scheduling meetings
  • Collaborate with Marketing on internal and external event planning
  • Potentially support an executive with:
  • Expense reporting
  • Travel booking
  • Perform data entry tasks in Salesforce (a plus)
  • Draft internal and external communications using Microsoft Word
  • Manage calendars and correspondence using Microsoft Outlook
  • Enter and manage data in Excel (beginner to intermediate level)
