Overview:

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to manage and maintain product listings and website content across our four online platforms. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless, up-to-date, and engaging customer experience across all digital storefronts.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Entry & Setup

  • Accurately enter new products into Shopify, including SKUs, pricing, descriptions, tags, and collections.
  • Create and manage product variants (sizes, colours, styles).
  • Upload and optimize product images to match branding and performance standards.
  • Ensure proper categorization and visibility of new items on all four websites.

Purchase Order Management

  • Receive and enter purchase orders into the system to reflect incoming stock.
  • Cross-reference POs with physical shipments and ensure product data matches.

Inventory Auditing & Accuracy

  • Perform regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and correct errors.
  • Update inventory levels based on restocks, returns, and sales (online and in-store).
  • Flag and correct oversold or low-inventory items.

Website Maintenance & Optimization

  • Monitor and update sold-out products; remove or archive when appropriate.
  • Refresh and maintain homepage banners, campaigns, and promotional collections.
  • Coordinate seasonal or promotional updates across all web platforms.

Image & Content Management

  • Ensure consistency of product photography and site visuals across all platforms.
  • Replace outdated product or campaign images as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing for timely execution of digital content strategies.

Site Quality Control

  • Routinely check all four websites for broken links, missing images, and outdated content.
  • Ensure product descriptions are accurate and SEO-friendly.
  • Work closely with management and vendors to keep product info current.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Shopify (required); familiarity with multi-store management is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in image formatting and basic editing (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Comfortable with data entry, inventory systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have):

  • Experience with retail product merchandising.
  • Basic HTML or Shopify Liquid knowledge.
  • Graphic design or marketing coordination background.
