Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of the company's job architecture project.
- Analyze job evaluations and contribute to their alignment across the organization.
- Participate in impact analysis for job architecture implementation.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials related to the job architecture, including the Architecture Guide, training materials, cheat sheets, etc.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Intermediate English proficiency required; applicants must be capable of reading and understanding English.
