New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Senior Business Design Analyst to support a large-scale Claims Transformation (CaRT) Program. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in business design to reimagine and deliver future-state operating models. This includes working with stakeholders to define scope, develop strategies, and lead business design initiatives from ideation through implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define complex business problems and high-impact opportunities.
• Develop a comprehensive business design strategy, approach, and implementation plan.
• Facilitate dynamic design sessions such as workshops and sprints to co-create future-state solutions.
• Produce key business design deliverables including journey maps, process maps, business requirements documents, and operating models.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare recommendations for design options.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technology needs in collaboration with technical teams.
• Partner with change management and operations teams to assess impacts and support execution of the future-state model.
• Contribute to communication and training efforts by providing insight and documentation.
• Support KPI definition and benefits measurement related to transformed business operations.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled at stakeholder management in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience working within a public sector, unionized setting.
• Background in business transformation programs or projects.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of end-to-end claims processing.
• Exposure to design thinking, service design, or innovation-based problem-solving.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach.
