Title: Change Manager (CM) - Level 3
Location: Fredericton, Canada
Rate $70/hr
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, organizational development, human resources, business administration, communications, etc.; OR relevant diplomas, certifications or designations in both Learning & Development and Change Management.
- A minimum of 4+ years' experience working in training development and delivery, teaching and/or facilitation experience.
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in change management or a related area.
- Demonstrate real-world experience as a Change Manager on large-scale projects across multi-functional teams. Provide details on the experience of designing, developing, and executing a detailed change management strategy aligned with project milestones and post-go live support.
- Demonstrate experience providing training delivery across multiple user groups. Describe the approach used, i.e. classroom-led, remote instructor-led, train-the-trainer, videos, LMS systems, etc.
- Describe challenges experienced in Change Management/Training Delivery and how this was resolved. For example, handling user resistance to change and other key barriers to successful implementation.
- Experience working as a Change Manager/Trainer with information systems operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment that provides critical services to clients.
