Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud platform
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Genesys PureConnect
• Has integrating Genesys Cloud with third-party applications to ensure seamless communication and data flow
• Experience working with APIs and other integration tools
• Good understanding of networking concepts and security principles
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingualism English/French is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
