Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Paralegal located in Edmonton, AB, with flexibility. The Commercial Paralegal will be responsible for preparing security & real estate documents, conducting searches, reviewing documents, and supporting various legal tasks. The role also includes drafting contracts, managing case files, and assisting with communication between lawyers, lenders, and clients.

Qualifications

• Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
• Strong Communication and Research skills
• Experience with Document Review and case file management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Paralegal certification or relevant degree
• Experience in commercial law
