Hi there! We're Aykah Furniture () and we're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Design & Branding Coordinator to join our in-person team!
The Graphic Design & Branding Coordinator at Aykah will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the visual aspects of our brand. This position requires a blend of creative flair and technical skill, tasked with producing high-quality design solutions that align with our brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute graphic design projects from concept to completion, including but not limited to digital ads, promotional materials, corporate branding, and social media graphics.
- Partner with internal teammates such as Marketing Director, E-Commerce Manager, and the Sales team to identify content needed for the achievement of company-wide objectives
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects
- Utilize design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and basic AI tools to produce high-quality designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
- Provide support for all branding initiatives, including the planning and execution of branding strategies.
- Actively research industry trends to bring new ideas and applications to the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in graphic design and/or branding with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma, Canva and other design tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic AI tools for design enhancement.
- Experience in a product-based e-commerce environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of visual design principles such as colour theory, typography, and layout.
- Prior exposure to Amazon design standards and content requirements is considered an asset but not mandatory.
- Experience in design and branding is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A motivated, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
