The Role:

We're seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the team. In this role, you'll develop new features, enhance existing functionality, and resolve performance issues across our client's school cash management and payments platforms. These tools are used by thousands of schools and millions of parents and guardians across North America. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, efficient, and testable code using best practices
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Build intuitive user interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Integrate with various backend services and databases
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues
• Translate business and technical requirements into functional software
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them where appropriate
• Work closely with designers to ensure visual and functional alignment

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of backend development experience with C# and ASP.NET
• must have experience with React and Angular
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• strong leadership skills, ideally previous demonstratable lead experience
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Ability to write robust, testable code
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization is a plus
