Digikore Studios, a publicly listed and rapidly growing global VFX studio best known for Invisible Effects, is seeking a seasoned VFX Supervisor and Creative Director to join our leadership team in North America. This is a key creative and client-facing role that blends vision, storytelling, and execution on premium international film and streaming projects.

We work with top-tier Hollywood studios, OTT giants, and production houses on their Invisible Effects needs. Our delivery engine is powered by a 350+ member VFX team in India, and you will be the strategic and creative bridge between our clients and our India-based execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership

• Lead the creative vision and execution of VFX for global feature films and episodic series
• Interpret scripts, visualize sequences, and craft compelling cinematic storytelling through VFX
• Review and approve shot work to maintain the highest visual and narrative standards
• Prepare bid breakdowns and bids when necessary

Global Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with Digikore's delivery teams in India to manage daily production, shot progress, and creative consistency
• Serve as the primary creative contact for clients, directors, and showrunners in North America
• Participate in client calls, review sessions, and bid discussions
• Open doors for New Business through your existing relationships in the Industry

Technical Oversight & Pipeline Alignment

• Collaborate with Department Supervisors to establish workflows and solve complex technical challenges
• Ensure seamless integration of visual elements within client-provided assets or real footage
• Stay updated on emerging tools including real-time pipelines, virtual production, and AI-based technologies

Team Mentorship & Direction

• Guide and inspire a team of global artists and leads
• Set clear creative expectations and provide feedback during all stages of production
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and solutions-driven work environment

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years as a VFX Supervisor in a VFX studio environment
• Proven experience leading complex VFX projects for feature films or major episodic productions
• Strong storytelling sensibility with deep artistic and technical knowledge of VFX pipelines
• Familiarity with tools like Nuke, Houdini, Unreal Engine, ShotGrid, etc.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Must be a resident of Montreal, Canada
