Role: Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialist

Length: 8 Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

Location: Waterloo/Hybrid

Rate: $25-28/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues related to software downloads, license keys, and entitlements. You will ensure a seamless post-purchase experience by resolving inquiries efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order fulfillment, downloads, license keys, and entitlements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using internal tools and ticketing systems.
• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Product) to resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on satisfaction and resolution.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar.
• 2-3 years of experience handling order workflows, including validation, fulfillment, and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical aptitude or familiarity with software installation and licensing processes.
