Role: Platform Engineer - Hadoop

Experience : 3-8 Years of work Experience

Location : Markham, Canada

Mode : Hybrid, need to visit office mandatorily for 3 days

JD :

• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for Data integration & Visualization platforms(Hadoop/Cloudera Admin with some knowledge / experience on Snowflake / AWS Admin activities etc).
• Investigate and troubleshoot software issues reported by users, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test and validate software fixes and enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation related to application support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
• Debug application code to resolve the issue or share workaround
• Document all resolutions into SOP/KEDB
• Work on Problem management and root cause analysis of recurring tickets
• Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues outside regular business hours.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in application performance, reliability, and user experience.
