- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for Data integration & Visualization platforms (Qlik Admin / Developer with SAS ETL experience).
- Investigate and troubleshoot software issues reported by users, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test and validate software fixes and enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to application support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
- Debug application code to resolve the issue or share workaround
- Document all resolutions into SOP/KEDB
- Work on Problem management and root cause analysis of recurring tickets
- Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues outside regular business hours.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in application performance, reliability, and user experience.
