- Demonstrated experience leading IT healthcare portfolios or initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with data integration between clinical applications in the Canadian eHealth environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing integrated plans, portfolio and project reporting and communicating progress to senior executives.
- Experience assisting clients to execute technology, process, organizational design and IT operations.
- Experience supporting and collaborating directly with stakeholders, external (public users) and internal business areas. Ability to co-ordinate and communicate necessary information well to all clients.
- Senior leadership experience defining project scope, goals and deliverables such as roadmaps, governance, briefing notes, and business cases that support project goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Experience leading project governance, change management and communication activities.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Change Manager on a large complex custom software application development projects
- Experience in the analysis, development, and integration of complex IT systems.
- Experience in understanding complex businesses questions and framing the right analytical question to solve a business problem.
