This is not your typical HRIS role. It's a hands-on, business-facing position where you'll be embedded in IT but collaborating daily with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Configure Workday HCM modules end-to-end - no outsourcing, no middle layers
- Focus on Talent Acquisition modules
- Work closely with HR, TA, and business partners to translate business needs into system solutions
- Provide guidance and education to stakeholders on what Workday can and can't do
- Drive continuous improvement, optimization, and enablement of HR systems
- Support future integrations with wider CRM/ERP Platforms as part of a broader enterprise roadmap
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience configuring Workday HCM, especially TA/Recruiting module
- Strong technical skills - comfortable building and delivering system changes yourself
- Experience working closely with HR, Talent, and cross-functional teams
- A self-starter who can operate independently and guide the business
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving enterprise environment
- Bonus if you've worked on Workday integrations or cross-platform transformations
Location & Work Style:
- Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite at their stunning HQ in North York, Toronto
