Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping customers choose the right flooring solutions to meet their needs, providing detailed product knowledge, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and respond to phone inquiries
• Educate customers on various flooring options, features, and benefits
• Measure spaces and provide accurate estimates and quotes
• Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and invoices
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with installers and warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery and installation
