We are currently assisting a valued client, a well-regarded distributor of high-quality sanitary process solutions for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries, in their search for a Territory Sales Manager for Western Canada. The ideal Candidate should be based in Edmonton, Alberta.

As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in your assigned region by developing relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and providing technical consultation on our client's products. Your focus will be on increasing market share, hitting sales targets, and becoming a trusted advisor in the sanitary processing space.
Territory: Western Territory - Edmonton Base covering AB, BC, SK & MB
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, strategize and manage all opportunities for the organization's content throughout the assigned geographical territory
- Provide exceptional technical insight and best in class service levels to the organization's existing and prospective customers
- Monitor territorially dedicated Inside Sales Teams workloads and work to ensure maximum efficiencies
- Strive to achieve annual budget targets of the company's content in the assigned geographical territory
- Manage all sales responsibilities necessary or desirable to maximize sales and gross profit of all company's content
- Manage all customer support and service of organization's content in the assigned geographical territory as may be required
- Prepare account planning and budgets for sales in the assigned geographical territory as requested
- Participate in all training and development activities as deemed appropriate by Enterprise Sales Manager
- Remain current with industry trends and technology
- Identify opportunities for business development regarding additional lines and services the organization should consider adding to our offerings to serve better our existing and prospective customers
- Lead or participate in other Sales related duties and responsibilities as may be prescribed by the Company's Enterprise Sales Manager
What They're Looking For
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of field experience in sanitary industrial process equipment sales
- OR 3-5 years of outside sales experience in technical or industrial products (valves, pumps, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or a related technical discipline
