Join our client's team and help bring playgrounds to life across the Maritimes!
Location: Halifax, NS
Who are we?
With 35+ years of expertise and over 4,000 projects completed, our client is a leader in transforming recreational spaces into dream destinations throughout Quebec and Canada. From parks to schoolyards, we help shape communities by creating spaces that spark imagination and connection. When you work with us, you're not just selling a product-you're helping build joyful, lasting memories.
The role: Territory Sales & Business Development Representative - Maritime regions (remote & on the road)
We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships in person and enjoys being out in the field. This is a dynamic, on-the-road sales role, not a desk-based or remote-first position. You'll be visiting clients, walking project sites, making introductions, and following up with care and consistency. Cities, municipalities, schools, and early childhood centers will be your primary contacts.
This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role where determination, empathy, and integrity truly make the difference.
What you'll do
- Visit clients across the Maritime provinces regularly, expect to be on the road most of the week to fully engage with your territory.
- Understand each client's vision and environment, and develop tailored proposals they'll be excited about.
- Follow through with professionalism and persistence. When plans shift or challenges arise, you're ready to adapt and stay proactive.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and keep conversations meaningful.
- Build lasting partnerships with clients, and stay engaged even after the sale.
- Keep up with industry trends and evolving product offerings.
- Plan your weekly visits strategically to make the most of your time on the ground.
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth installations and address any issues.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and trade shows with confidence and purpose.
Why this role stands out-for the right person
- Autonomy with support: You'll manage your own schedule and territory, with clear goals and trusted backup from your team.
- Strong impact on your community: Your work directly contributes to creating joyful spaces for kids and communities.
- Learning culture: We invest in your growth through training, mentorship, and collaboration.
- Work-life flexibility: While the role is mobile, you'll have flexibility in managing your days and balancing your time.
- Strong benefits: Group insurance (including telemedicine), RRSP, company car, cell phone, remote admin time when needed, and a supportive team.
Who we're looking for:
An engaged, active presence: You enjoy being out, meeting people, showing initiative, and taking ownership of your success.
Experience: 3+ years in direct sales, ideally with large accounts or public-sector clients.
Education: Bachelor's in Marketing/Sales or DEC in Sales.
Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office. Strong English communication skills are required; French is a welcome asset.
Mindset: You're proactive, solution-oriented, personable, and honest. Clients trust you because you genuinely care, and you make things happen.
Work ethic: You're not watching the clock; you're focused on building relationships and results.
Still with us? That's a great sign.
If you're someone who enjoys being out in the community, making meaningful connections, and turning vision into reality, we'd love to hear from you.
Be part of something real. Help us build places where dreams come to life.
