Position Overview

The position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Celestial Systems involves leading and managing our strategic relationships with key technology partners, including but not limited to Microsoft, Nvidia, Dataiku etc. As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you have a proven track record of building and nurturing partnerships, driving collaboration, and maximizing mutual value for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Celestial Systems' business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential technology partners based on strategic fit, market relevance, and growth potential.
  • Lead negotiations and establish partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, product managers, and business development teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and operations, to leverage partner capabilities and drive joint initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives to promote Celestial Systems' solutions within partner ecosystems and maximize co-selling and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify partnership opportunities and threats.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to partnership activities, including revenue impact, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on partnership strategies, opportunities, and risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex partnerships with leading technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business priorities and market conditions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
