B2B Sales Representative - Specialty Retail & Mass Market

About the Role
We're not looking for an account babysitter. We're looking for a closer.
DKK Brands - the house of Espro, Liiton, and Viva - is on a mission to scale our B2B revenue. Our brands are loved by connoisseurs, tastemakers, and premium retailers. Now we need you to bring them into more hands!
You'll be responsible for building and managing our specialty retail, corporate gifting, and wholesale channel. This includes reactivating dormant accounts, converting inbound leads, and relentlessly hunting for new ones - online and in-person.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive a $2M B2B revenue target through end of year
- Reactivate a lengthy list of dormant accounts and bring them back to life
- Qualify and close inbound leads from campaigns, trade shows, our website and other sources
- Hunt for new accounts in specialty, retail and giftware markets in North America
- Build a predictable sales pipeline using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, Faire and more
- Attend tradeshows and follow up aggressively; Visit key accounts regularly
- Work with the Marketing team to align campaigns, samples, and outreach tools
- Report weekly on pipeline sales, wins, and top priorities
- Use CRM to manage leads, tasks, and communication
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and other teams to onboard new retailers and grow sales
What Success Looks Like
- You've booked 10 meetings in your first 10 days
- You've reactivated 20+ accounts within 30 days
- You're adding 10 qualified leads/week into our CRM
- You close your first significant deal by Day 30
- You hit $2M by year-end - with repeat orders in the pipeline and new retailer commitments lined up for next year!
What You Bring
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in consumer products categories like home, kitchenware, giftware, lifestyle
- Proven track record of hunting, not just farming
- Experience growing sales with independent retailers, distributors, sales rep groups and/or corporate gifting accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication - you can pitch, write, and follow-up with impact
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Faire)
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you own your numbers, time and strategy
- Relentless follow-up and execution; You don't need to be told twice!
