As we grow, we're looking to bring on a motivated and driven Construction Recruiter to join our high-performing team.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Construction Recruiter who's ready to dive into one of Canada's fastest-growing sectors. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in sourcing and placing top-tier construction professionals including - Superintendents, Estimators, Project Managers, Site Foremen, Construction Coordinators, and Health & Safety Leads, with our trusted clients across Western Canada. You'll be responsible for owning full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the candidate recruitment process through to offer acceptance. This is a candidate-facing role, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit construction professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outbound strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across various construction functions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and candidate updates
• Conduct intake calls and work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Track and report key performance metrics (submissions, interviews, placements)
• Maintain accurate records in our ATS and CRM systems
• Stay informed on industry trends and construction talent market shifts

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruitment, sales, or agency environment
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
• Driven, Self-starter mindset with strong time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated success working with KPIs and deadlines
• Experience with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS/CRM systems
• Previous experience hiring or working in construction is a strong asset
