We're Hiring: Licensed Wealth Management Associate Greater Toronto Area

We're excited to be partnering with a leading wealth management practice in the GTA that offers a high-integrity, client-first approach to financial advising. They are currently seeking a Licensed Wealth Management Associate to support a senior Wealth Advisor in delivering top-tier client service and portfolio administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mature, dependable professional with deep industry experience to join a team that values precision, trust, and long-term relationships. If you hold your CSC, CPH, and full CIRO licensing, and have at least five years of experience supporting a financial advisor, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Opportunity

As the Wealth Management Associate, you will play a critical behind-the-scenes and client-facing role in supporting a high-performing advisor. You'll ensure every detail of account management, client documentation, compliance, and communication is handled smoothly - allowing the advisor to focus on client strategy and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary support for a seasoned Wealth Advisor, including meeting preparation, client communication, and account servicing
  • Handle day-to-day administration for client accounts (transfers, trades, new accounts, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance standards are met and documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with custodians, investment platforms, and internal compliance teams
  • Build strong rapport with clients to deliver an exceptional service experience

Qualifications

  • Completion of CSC (Canadian Securities Course), CPH (Conduct and Practices Handbook), and full CIRO licensing
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a wealth management or investment advisory support role
  • Strong understanding of investment products, client documentation, and compliance workflows
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
