Director, Digital Product Management Engagement Lead

The Opportunity

The Global Digital Acceleration team (GDA) is seeking a Digital Product Management (DPM) Engagement Lead to drive adoption and enhance ways of working across our Digital Properties. The role involves partnering with product managers, business leaders, and technology teams to activate and evolve digital practices, supporting continuous value delivery and exceptional digital customer experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with business units to advance digital maturity
  • Aligning strategies and facilitating knowledge transfer
  • Developing approaches to meet digital leadership goals
  • Analyzing current states and closing gaps
  • Supporting training and toolkit development
  • Driving community engagement and staying updated on industry trends
  • Contributing to digital standards, frameworks, and operating models
  • Leading process improvements and data-driven decision-making
  • Designing and delivering transformative learning experiences

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years in digital product management and digital engagement
  • Extensive experience in agile environments
  • Knowledge of digital practices and governance
  • Product Management certification
  • Preferred: MBA, engineering or equivalent

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for digital customer enablement
  • Organizational savvy and curiosity
  • Experience with executive communication and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of Human Centered Design and digital trends

Salary Range: $110,530 - $205,270 CAD Location: Toronto, Hybrid work model
