Key responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Desk operations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of ITIL processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain ITIL best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ITIL compliance and procedures.
- Provide training and support to IT staff on ITIL methodologies and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and analyze IT service performance, ensuring adherence to ITIL standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT service strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
- Stay current with ITIL updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT service management and compliance.
- ITIL Foundation certification is required; additional ITIL certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
- Knowledge of network and system administration.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Certification in other IT service management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000).
