The Senior Business Development Manager will focus on growing the company's customer base and driving revenue through targeted business development strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to meet growth targets and expand market share

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of business development or sales experience in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain sector
- Proven track record of winning new business and expanding key customer accounts
- Deep knowledge of logistics industry trends, operations, and customer needs
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with experience leading complex sales engagements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
