Insight Global is seeking an Operational Resilience Specialist to join the Change Management team within Application Operations at a large enterprise client. This role is critical to supporting the organization's alignment with regulatory expectations around service and business continuity, particularly in the context of banking industry mandates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational resiliency frameworks and hands-on experience with documentation aligned to regulatory standards such as DORA, OFSI, and Bill 10/13. You will not be managing service continuity or performing failovers. Instead, your focus will be on the documentation and testing strategy that supports long-term sustainability of critical applications in the face of disruption.
Key Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Work directly with Deloitte-provided operational resiliency documentation to build, refine, and maintain formal artifacts in support of service continuity objectives.
• Translate resilience testing outcomes into actionable documentation for regulatory readiness.
• Support internal teams in aligning with DORA and OFSI standards, with an emphasis on sustainability planning (i.e., "If X fails, then Y must follow" workflows).
• Partner with technical and business teams to gather inputs required for continuity planning documents.
• Ensure accurate filing and tracking of resiliency documentation in compliance with internal governance.
• Provide expertise on how business continuity and service continuity frameworks interact with application-level change management.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and regulatory walkthroughs as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Strong background in operational resilience, business continuity, or service continuity within a banking or financial services environment.
• Direct experience with documentation for compliance with OFSI, Bill 10, Bill 13, and/or DORA.
• Deep understanding of service continuity testing and its role in regulatory reporting and system sustainability.
• Exceptional attention to detail in creating and maintaining resilience documentation.
• Familiarity with cross-functional teams, including application owners, infrastructure, and compliance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize technical information into structured documentation.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience using ServiceNow's Service Continuity or Business Continuity modules.
• Familiarity with ITSM/Change frameworks, particularly within application operations.
• Prior consulting or Big 4 collaboration experience.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
