Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage employment litigation files arising in Québec, including hearings, motions, mediations, and trials.
- Handle Ontario-based litigation matters as part of the broader commercial and employment law practice.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies with minimal supervision.
- Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and out-of-court examinations.
- Contribute to client development and relationship management.
- Mentor and guide junior associates within the firm.
