Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with various colleagues daily
- Support consultants and teams with the development of reports, marketing materials, and contracting documents within agreed-upon timelines
- Coordinate complex scheduling and travel arrangements; handle expense reporting in Oracle
- Provide project setup and maintenance support (including project set-up and contract administration, file maintenance, etc.)
- Support colleagues with all forms of internal and external client communications (phone, email, meeting set-up, etc.)
- Perform filing, billing, and other support activities
- Generate client/project financial reports
- Support the collaborative team environment by partnering with other administrative staff to support all team needs
- Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes
- Participate in special projects as required

Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience providing administrative support
- Hands-on experience with calendaring, expense management, travel coordination, and client life cycle support
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - French required
- Comfortable working in a predominately remote/hybrid environment
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
