Our client, a leading provider of IT solutions, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time contract basis. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-impact, community-focused initiative supporting local charities.
This is a 5-month contract with the potential for a permanent, full-time opportunity at the end of the term.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor sales queues
- Fulfill and track ticket orders via email and mail
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, voicemail, and email
- Use internal documentation and manuals to troubleshoot issues
- Escalate complex issues when needed, ensuring prompt resolution
- Generate and reconcile weekly and final reports for regulatory bodies
- Prepare high-level summaries for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken, written, and reading)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Comfortable using MS Office 365 and common internet browsers
- Experience using a ticketing system is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
