Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator - Road Import/Export located in Mississauga, ON. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods by road, handling import and export documentation including customs, managing inventory and customs releases. Addtional duties will be invoicing all shipments, and sometimes quoting jobs. Day-to-day tasks include booking pickups & deliveries, tracking shipments, communicating with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and solving any logistical issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Supply Chain Management experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with import and export processes and documentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus
