Position Details:

Title: Payroll Specialist

Duration: Contract - 6+ months (Possibility to extend FTE)

Location: Toronto, ON/ Dartmouth, NS - 3X/Week in office

Compensation: $33-$35/hour

Interview Process: 1 Hour Virtual Interview with Managers

Day to day responsibilities:

• Functioning as Payroll Function for clients
• Payroll processing
• Guide the clients
• Canadian Payroll Legislation
• Process payroll, audit payroll
• Quarterly balancing - ensuring reporting is correct for
• Client's payroll schedule

Must-have/key skills needed:

• 3-5 years Payroll Experience is a must
• Customer Service (communication/verbal)
• Able to research and look up information on their own
• 3-5 years of Canadian Work Experience
• PCP Certification or NPI Courses (PCP in Progress is OKAY but PCP Cert is IDEAL)
