Door Doctor located in Lachine, Quebec is seeking an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily field service operations, logistics, and support functions across our Quebec locations. This role ensures seamless execution of service delivery, scheduling, inventory, and team performance to meet customer expectations and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage field operations, dispatch, and logistics teams across all service areas
- Oversee technician scheduling, routing, and performance metrics to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Monitor daily service KPIs (completion rates, first-time fix, response times) and implement improvements
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to align service priorities with client expectations
- Optimize inventory, fleet, and tool management processes to control costs and reduce downtime
- Develop and enforce health and safety procedures aligned with provincial regulations and industry standards
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate field and support staff performance
- Partner with leadership to scale operations, drive continuous improvement, and support company growth
- Lead or support strategic initiatives including territory expansion, system upgrades, or process automation
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in operations or service management, preferably in commercial trades, construction, or field services
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex schedules
- Solid understanding of service dispatching, workforce planning, and job costing
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally between sites
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of commercial/industrial door systems or similar mechanical trades
- Experience working in a unionized environment
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
