We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a licensed real estate professional with experience in pre-construction low-rise sales looking to operate within a sales office environment while leveraging developer resources, brand, and administrative / operational support. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts

Assist clients in buying residential properties

Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.

Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and other relevant documents.

Guide clients through the entire transaction process

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat and referral business.

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

Active real estate license.

Proven experience in low-rise preconstruction real estate sales is essential.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM tools, MLS systems, and basic real estate software.

Comfortable utilizing their existing or building a social engagement network online

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
