Candidate Sourcing Specialist

Salary: $40,000-$45,000 + Full Benefits

Location: Vaughan, ON (Hybrid)

You'll be responsible for identifying potential candidates and initiating first contact - strategic messaging that opens the door to opportunity.

You'll work closely with our Business Development team, ensuring they're set up with warm, interested candidates across our core sectors: Construction & Development, Accounting & Finance, Legal, and Human Resources.

What You'll Do

• Source candidate profiles using LinkedIn and job platforms
• Craft and send personalized outreach messages at scale
• Track response rates and optimize messaging strategies
• Collaborate with BD team to prioritize sourcing needs
• Maintain up-to-date candidate lists and outreach records

What We're Looking For

• Strong written communication skills
• Organized, consistent, and goal-driven
• A knack for creative outreach and candidate engagement
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools is a plus
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
