Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead a dedicated project team, providing direction and guidance to ensure the successful completion of high-rise projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including status updates, expected delays, and scope changes.
- Manage the coordination of trades and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other applicable standards throughout the project.
- Assist in the development and refinement of project schedules and budgets, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
Skills and Experience:
- Construction Expertise: Proven experience in managing high-rise construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating project teams to achieve project goals.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a project management role, ideally within high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial construction.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
