We're looking for a proactive and guest-focused Front of House Supervisor to join our team for an exciting, interactive Minecraft-themed experience in Toronto. In this leadership role, you'll support daily operations, coach front-line staff, and help deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations, supervising and supporting guest-facing staff
- Coach and motivate the team to uphold guest engagement standards and deliver world-class hospitality
- Manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift accuracy
- Collaborate with the Experience Manager to assess team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure adherence to company policies and assist in resolving operational issues
- Support attraction operations as needed and complete daily reporting for leadership
- Maintain a professional, guest-first environment at all times
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of team leadership experience in attractions, theme parks, events, or retail environments
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and scheduling tools
- Comfortable working irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Interest in video games and immersive storytelling is a strong asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets)
