We are looking for a technically skilled Garment Technician / Product Developer who shares our passion for precision, quality, and bringing bold ideas to life through expert execution.

Reports to: Design Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support designers in translating creative ideas into production ready garments
  • Build and maintain tech packs with full technical details (sketches, fabrics, trims, construction notes, and measurements)
  • Developing garment blocks, refining grading systems, and implementing quality control standards.
  • Communicate clearly with factories and suppliers on sampling updates, technical issues, and material confirmations
  • Attend and manage fittings, take notes, and provide clear, structured fitting feedback
  • Coordinate sample revisions and provide comments aligned with fit and construction expectations
  • Measure and review samples against spec sheets and prepare fitting comments
  • Attend fit sessions for all sample stages
  • Ensure fit consistency and garment construction quality across all designs
  • Help document and track samples from first prototype to final bulk approval

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as a Garment Technician (preferred in fashion-forward womenswear)
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and fit
  • Hands-on experience working directly with offshore factories and suppliers
  • Confident managing tech packs, spec sheets, and fittings
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, deadlines, and quality
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Excel for tech packs
  • Pattern making or sketching ability is a bonus
