We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our client in Surrey, British Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock control processes, and supporting the smooth operation of inventory systems. Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise inventory records through regular cycle counts, data entry, and system updates.

• Monitor inventory levels to identify opportunities for optimization, such as reducing overstock or preventing stockouts.

• Implement and uphold effective inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

• Oversee the receiving and storage of inventory items, ensuring proper handling and organization.

• Generate detailed inventory reports to support decision-making and operational planning.

• Conduct inventory audits to verify stock levels and identify any inconsistencies.

• Utilize inventory management & ERP software, such as Epicor, to track and manage stock data.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless inventory processes and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in inventory management / ERP software, such as Epicor, Oracle Cloud, or NetSuite.

• Strong understanding of inventory control practices, including cycle counting and data entry.

• Experience generating inventory reports and conducting audits to ensure stock accuracy.

• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their application in inventory management.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain precise inventory records.

• Ability to identify and address inventory optimization opportunities.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively within a team environment.
