  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs for ongoing enhancements, bug fixes, and feature rollouts
  • Ensure always-on availability and performance of the SBB platform in alignment with EQ Bank's 24/7 digital banking model
  • Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform decisions
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate partnerships that extend value for small business customers
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (CX, marketing, legal, etc.) to support product launches and change management activities
  • Monitor product metrics, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction to inform continuous improvements
  • Facilitate day-to-day problem solving and drive resolution on product or technical blockers
  • Represent the SBB product team in scrum ceremonies and cross-functional planning sessions

Let's Talk About You!

  • Demonstrated success delivering customer-facing digital products end-to-end
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to make decisions with data and customer insights
