We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Master Scheduler for an existing vacancy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and capacity constraints to minimize delays and inefficiencies.
- Analyze and adjust schedules based on demand fluctuations, material availability, and workforce capacity.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline scheduling processes and reduce waste.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems for effective scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills.
Location: Cambridge, Ontario
Salary Range: $75K-$85K plus bonus and paid overtime
