We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Master Scheduler for an existing vacancy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and capacity constraints to minimize delays and inefficiencies.
• Analyze and adjust schedules based on demand fluctuations, material availability, and workforce capacity.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline scheduling processes and reduce waste.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for effective scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills.

Location: Cambridge, Ontario

Salary Range: $75K-$85K plus bonus and paid overtime
