U31 is seeking a highly creative, self-motivated Junior Interior Designer to become part of our dynamic team and culture. If you have at least two years of experience in an interior design studio-particularly with a focus on condominium design-and thrive in a collaborative, inspiring environment, we'd love to hear from you. This role involves supporting intermediate and senior team members and coordinating supplier visits to ensure library materials are maintained. We're looking for a candidate who embodies the following qualities and skills:

Self-driven and highly motivated

Strong design sensibility and expertise in space planning

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Proficiency in Rhino, Enscape, and Photoshop for accurate 3D modeling, lighting, and post-production.

Capable of producing 2D renderings utilizing AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite to apply finishes, textures, and visual enhancements.

Experience and/or familiarity with Revit is beneficial

A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of local interior design practices and codes, particularly as they apply to condominiums and private residential markets
