Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 + Full Benefits + Advancement Potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Manage and update customer records in the company CRM.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Assist with the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Organize sales meetings, site visits, and client communications.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales reps, project managers, and operations to ensure alignment.
- Continuously look for ways to improve sales processes and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years in a sales support or coordination role, ideally within a technical or construction-related industry.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
