Insight Global is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a growing Medical Aesthetics Spa in the St. Cathartines area, dedicated to providing exceptional skincare treatments and services. We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Medical Receptionist to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Management: Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Client Communication: Follow up with new leads from the contact page, answer general client questions, and ensure clients complete necessary forms.
- Client Check-In/Out: Check clients in, take Before & After photos, and process payments using electronic medical records and credit card payment systems.
- Customer Service: Promote skincare products, provide general customer service, and encourage clients to leave Google reviews.
- Social Media Management: Create and post promotional content on Instagram and Facebook.
- Clinic Maintenance: Stock clinic supplies, clean the clinic at the end of each shift, and manage inventory.
- Flexibility: Work a minimum of 6 hours per day (9 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Friday) with occasional Saturdays and extended hours based on client bookings.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills, comfortable talking on the phone.
- Interest in Medical Aesthetics: Willingness to learn about skincare products and treatments.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage bookings, inventory, and clinic supplies efficiently.
- Social Media Savvy: Creative and proficient in using Instagram and Facebook for promotional purposes.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
