Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will manage the leadership of the enablement of Moneris products with all clients. This Client Consulting team consists of regional Client Consultants and a centralized Solution Implementation team that manages integration, validation, and certification of client solutions. The team supports customer solutions throughout their lifecycle, from initial engagement to ongoing support for issues and updates. This role requires collaboration across the organization to develop strategies and processes with sales, partnerships (ISV and VAR), and technology teams for client integrations.

Location: Based in Toronto with a hybrid work schedule.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to the VP, Product - Large and Key Accounts (LAKA).

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  1. Develop strategies with Sales, Partnerships, and Technology to engage and manage clients, promoting Moneris products.
  2. Partner with Sales on proposals, RFP responses, and client communication strategies to align products with customer needs and identify revenue opportunities.
  3. Ensure seamless omni-channel integration experiences for clients.
  4. Utilize customer insights to influence product roadmaps and processes.
  5. Enhance the industry knowledge of Client Consultants to improve customer engagement.
  6. Engage with Technology Leadership to support complex integration projects.
  7. Manage customer issues and escalations in production.
  8. Lead project management initiatives, report progress, and escalate issues as needed.
  9. Perform additional tasks as required.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years in technical sales support, with leadership experience in pre- and post-sales activities.
  • 5+ years in leadership and people management.
  • Experience in payment processing industry and related technologies.
  • Understanding of communication protocols, APIs, and solutions architecture (asset).
  • Fluent in English; bilingual in French (asset).
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
